This custom Corner Set installed in NYC was first designed and fabricated at our facility in North Carolina. Our broadcast set design includes a Modular News Desk and four window frames that give the sense that Midtown Manhattan is right there. We also included standard wood laminates on the walls as well as our proprietary, textured wave wall. The wave wall is one of our favorite features to catch light and build dimensionality.

The flooring used on this set is a wood-look LVT. It is easy to think of old checkered flooring when you say vinyl tile, but this generation of vinyl tile is amazing. We love to work with LVT because it looks awesome, is extremely durable, and is easy to install. If your project includes a new floor, let us know. We are happy to find out LVT costs for your quote.

All our sets use the same Modular Set Frame System that makes them easy to put together. However, sometimes you may not have the time or personnel on hand to do it. For this set, we sent two of our expert installers to New York City. It took them about two days to install the set. It looks fantastic here, but we can’t wait to see it come to life with full studio lighting.
