Our broadcast sets are assembled much like a kid’s erector set – only easier and fewer pieces.
We have a few main pieces called frames which bolt together.
The incredible variety comes from the finishes which are velcroed onto the frames.
The frames are welded out of lightweight but extremely strong tubular steel. They are powder coated with metallic silver paint which is as durable as car paint. Then we velcro on a huge variety of possible colors, laminates, graphics, faux stone, etc.
The frames are so lightweight that I can easily carry them, one at a time. And I am a grandmother.
We keep some frames in stock- 8 feet tall, 9 feet tall and 10 feet tall. And we can custom make any size shorter or taller.
Our frames are 40 inches wide. When 3 of our frames are bolted together, it makes 10 feet across.
